Introduction To CM Public Schools Reorganization Program
The Government has announced CM Public Schools Reorganization Program to increase the quality of Edu Scheme. The Government of Punjab has programmed to outsource low-performing schools. The main objective of this program is to raise the schools to an international level.
Objectives of the CM Public Schools Reorganization Program
The primary objectives of the CM Public Schools Reorganization Program are as follows:
- To increase the strength of students in low-performance schools.
- To increase the performance of education.
- To give the best environment to male and female students.
- This is to confirm that every child from five to sixteen years must be admitted to school.
- To reduce the deficiency of teachers.

CM Public Schools Reorganization Program Rules for Young Entrepreneur Group
- This group will consist of three members, who can be all male, female, or both male and female.
- The group’s main leading member must have a 16-year education ( BS / MSC / MA), while the other members must have a 14-year education.
- One of the three members must have a 14-year education in Natural Sciences / IT / CS.
- All three group members must have an age limit of 40 years.
- The young entrepreneur group will submit applications to five different schools. He will be given one of the five schools selected based on merit.
- Of the three applicants, one must have a three-year certificate of education teaching or school management experience.
- The government employees are ineligible for this Scheme.
- No candidate from three must not have a criminal record from PEF.
- They will submit their police record.
- Any application which is based on wrong information will be discarded.

CM Public Schools Reorganization Program Rules for individual Applicant
- MA / MS / BS (16 year) education candidates are eligible for this Scheme.
- The Applicant must have five years of experience after completing his education.
- The Applicant’s age limit is 65. The age will be measured on the last application submission date.
- Retired people can also apply for it.
- The Applicant will submit applications to five different schools. Based on merit, he will be given a place at one of the selected five schools.
- Applicants must not have a criminal record from PEF.
- He will submit their police record.
- Any application which is based on wrong information will be discarded.

CM Public Schools Reorganization Program Rules for the Ed-Tech Firm
- The Firm has been registered for the past five years.
- They must have five years of experience in software/ hardware and infrastructure.
- The Ed-Tech firm will apply for five schools in the district.
- The Firm will apply for double schools so that, on merit, they can be given the total number of schools.
- The Ed-Tech firm must provide proof of income. They must submit their last two Audit Reports and Tax Certificates for this.
- The Firm must not be blacklisted from any institute or PEF.
- The wrong information application will be rejected.
- In the case of competition between the firms, the cluster of schools will be given on merit.

CM Public Schools Reorganization Program Ruled for the education chain
- The education chain, which is registered for at least five years and is registered, is eligible.
- The education chain must run at least ten registered schools. To prove this, they must submit their school list and registration certificates.
- The education chain will apply to double schools according to demand. So, they will be given the number of schools on merit.
- The education chain has to apply to at least ten schools clustered in a district. There is no maximum limit to apply.
- The education chain must not be blacklisted from the PEFor any other Government Institute.
- The application, which is based on wrong information, will be rejected.
- The Education Chain must provide proof of income. They must submit their last two Audit Reports and Tax Certificates for this.
- In the case of competition between the Education chains, the cluster of schools will be given on merit.
Rules for the NGOs ( Non- Governmental organizations) and CSOs ( Civil Society organizations)
- The registered NGO and CSO must have at least five years of experience to be eligible.
- An NGO or CSO with five years of experience in any educational or social institute will be eligible, though an NGO or CSO with education institute experience will be preferred.
- NGO / CSO will apply for double schools based on their demand so that their demand can be fulfilled after merit.
- The NGO / CSO has to apply to at least ten school clusters in a district. There is no maximum limit to apply.
- NGO / CSO must not be blacklisted from the PEFor any other Government Institute.
- The application, which is based on wrong information, will be rejected.
- The NGO / CSO must provide proof of income. They must submit their last two Audit Reports and Tax Certificates for this.
- In the case of competition between NGOs / CSOs, the cluster of schools will be chosen based on merit.

General Rules for Applicant
- According to all the rules above, the Applicant will get the fee for students from the Government.
- All information of merit is given in detail on TORs.
- In the first phase, the Ed-Tech / Education Chain / NGO and CSO need to provide a detailed presentation about their performance.
- According to the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board policy, the books will be provided.
- Incomplete and wrong applications will be discarded.
- The applications whose printed copies have yet to reach the specific office in date will be rejected.
- The department can reject one or many applications.
